Happy New Year!

The rush of Christmas is behind us, and I hope everyone had a great time over the holidays. We have a new year facing us, a time for new beginnings, fresh starts, and unknown adventures. As always, I insist there is never a better time than right now to start ballroom dancing if you've never had the pleasure.

If you're a seasoned dancer, when was the last time you were on a dance floor? If you've been neglecting your passion, the new year is a perfect time to re-dedicate yourself. Commit to learning a new dance, or a different style of a old favorite.

Make a resolution to introduce someone new to the magical world of ballroom dancing. A friend who's been dragging their feet, a co-worker you'd like to get to know better, your spouse, brother or sister, parents or in-laws....commit to sharing this gift with someone you care about in the coming year. A year from now, you can dance in the new year together!
